First Claude Code France meetup, co-organized at Epitech Strasbourg to bring the French community together around Claude Code and how to use it day to day. On top of co-hosting the evening, I took the stage to share my Claude Code practice on iOS and web projects: setup, workflow, custom skills, and concrete takeaways. I also handled the full live setup: OBS production, multi-camera switching, Twitch chat moderation, and coordination with speakers so the community could follow the event live, whether in the room or online. A real hybrid format, demanding to produce, but one that opened the event well beyond the venue.
