I build apps.
And tell the story.
I'm Carolane, an iOS and macOS developer working with Swift and SwiftUI. I design, build and publish my own apps, including Keepio, Caffio and Tanukia.
On YouTube and in my articles, I share how I build these apps, the technical choices I make and the lessons I learn. I turn that experience into practical tutorials and resources for beginners and experienced developers refreshing their skills.
From beginner dev to tech entrepreneur
The key moments that brought me here.
First steps in iOS dev
I discover Swift and SwiftUI. Instant love for the Apple ecosystem and the feeling of creating something that fits in your hand.
Going online
First tech content on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The idea: make tech accessible and show what dev looks like behind the scenes.
Keepio, Caffio, Tanukia
Three native iOS apps back-to-back. Each with its own story, struggles and lessons. The start of the solopreneur ride.
Sharing what I learn
I turn my experience into practical resources, especially on YouTube: tutorials and lessons from building apps, for beginners finding their feet and experienced developers refreshing their skills.
What I believe in
The principles that guide my work and content.
Ship, don't wait.
Shipping an imperfect app teaches more than ten months of planning. I believe in fast iteration and real feedback.
Tech for everyone.
Dev shouldn't be a closed club. I make accessible what felt blurry when I started.
AI as a copilot.
Agentic coding, automations, workflows. AI helps me explore ideas and move faster, while I stay responsible for the code and the decisions.
Build in public.
I share everything: wins, fails, numbers and struggles. Transparency builds trust.
